This course will
provide instruction in both urban and long range sniper engagement. Students
will be challenged to move and shoot in and about urban obstacles while also
required to engage targets out to 300 yards (274.32 meter). Both known and
unknown distant targets will be available along with a moving target.
Exercises requiring movement, target location, identification, command fire,
timed fire, multiple targets, and stress will be conducted. A low light and
night fire exercise will be included. This intense course will provide a
review of basic marksmanship skills as well as development of precision fire
in an urban and long range environment.

Equipment Required: 300 rounds of match grade ammunition, Scoped rifle with sling, cleaning equipment, tactical equipment, eye and hearing protection, spotting scope
